NETCRUSHER

Neuro-Simulation Details

In its quest to destabilize the order of Corporations, ULTRACORP’s laboratory designed the MUSE-V2 module.

This module controls the Ghost of a former NetRunner capable of infiltrating secure systems, breaking protections, and uncovering secrets buried within the network.

Within this Neuro-simulation, the user has access to MUSE-V2 to infiltrate complex systems by solving Tetromino-type puzzles. The hacking of each target device or system is represented by a capture image of the target that must be decoded. As the user progresses, the systems become increasingly sophisticated, requiring quick and strategic thinking to succeed. Our laboratory has integrated access to the Market Quantum Depot in order to add effective middlewares to MUSE-V2 that will optimize actions.

MUSE-V2 can hack three types of targets: Neural Systems, equipment, and server systems. Each successful hack yields money based on the difficulty of the operation. The more the user progresses, the more they will earn, and the higher the difficulty will increase.

However, be warned, some targets are protected by ice, such as barriers or sentinels, which will attack the user. If the user’s strategy fails or their shield is broken, the Ghost of MUSE-V2 will fall and a reboot will be required.
